Our 9-16u rec players play in the Iowa Soccer Rec Central league. This program is a great way for players to be active, play with friends in a relaxed environment and continue a lifelong love for the game of soccer.
Iowa Soccer Rec League (9-16U)
Soccer players 9U & up play in the Iowa Soccer Rec League in Central Iowa. This program is devoted to continuing to ensure that kids have an opportunity to enjoy and play the game of soccer. Players will have the opportunity to develop individual skills as well as learn to play in a relaxed atmosphere with friends.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: J-Hawk Jerseys with numbers (White & Navy), Shinguards, Soccer Cleats, Soccer Ball, Water Bottle
Spring 2025 Game Schedule
9-10U Boy games are played on Sunday afternoons between 1-6pm
9-10U Girl games are played on Saturdays 9a-2pm
All 11-12U games are played on Sunday afternoons between 1-6pm
All 13-14U games are played on Saturdays
- Spring Soccer Kick-off/Parent Meeting - March 4, 5:30-6:30 pm
- Week 1 – April 5-6
- Week 2 – April 12-13
- Holiday Weekend (No ISL Games) - April 19-20
- Week 3 - April 26-27
- Week 4 – League America Festival - May 3-4
- Week 5 – May 10-11
- Week 6 – May 17-18
- Holiday Weekend (No ISL Games) - May 24-25
- Week 7 – May 31-June 1
Home games are played at Upper Walker or Martin Field in Urbandale and away games are played at surrounding Des Moines Metro locations. All games are scheduled by Iowa Soccer
