Welcome

Soccer players 9U & up play in the Iowa Soccer Rec League in Central Iowa. This program is devoted to continuing to ensure that kids have an opportunity to enjoy and play the game of soccer. Players will have the opportunity to develop individual skills as well as learn to play in a relaxed atmosphere with friends.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: J-Hawk Jerseys with numbers (White & Navy), Shinguards, Soccer Cleats, Soccer Ball, Water Bottle    

9-10U Boy games are played on Sundays at 1, 2:15, 3:30 or 4:45 pm

9-10U Girl games are played on Saturdays at 9am, 10:15am, 11:30am or 12:45pm

All 11-12U games are played on Sundays at 1, 3 or 5 pm

All 13-14U games are played on Saturdays at 1, 3 or 5 pm

All 14-19U games are played in the Fall on Sundays at 1, 3 or 5 pm

• Reschedule Weekend – November 1-2

Home games are played at Upper Walker or Martin Field in Urbandale and away games are played at surrounding Des Moines Metro locations. All games are scheduled by Iowa Soccer
